Für die kommende Festivaledition suchen wir engagierte und kreative Persönlichkeiten zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in den folgenden Positionen:

 

1.CALL FOR FESTIVAL PROGRAMMERS

JOIN OUR PRE-SELECTION TEAM!

We are currently organizing the preselection phase for our festival and are looking for motivated individuals to join our Pre-selection team. The festival has received more than 3,700 short film submissions from around the world. We invite emerging film curators and passionate film lovers from around the world to join our preselection team, experienced professionals are also welcome to apply.

DETAILS:

As a member of the Pre-selection Team, you will:

• Watch and evaluate approximately 400–600 submitted short films
• Participate in the online screening and evaluation process
• Evaluation based on clear criteria (to be provided)

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Strong passion for cinema and visual storytelling
• Relevant academic, professional, or curatorial background in film
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to watch & evaluate films from diverse cultural and artistic perspectives thoughtfully
• Previous experience with film festivals, film criticism, programming, or curation is considered an advantage, but is not mandatory

2. Festival-Koordinator*in

Aufgaben:

 

• • • Planung und Organisation von Festivalveranstaltungen.
  • • Koordination von Volunteers und Dienstleistern.
  • • Betreuung von Filmemacher*innen und Gästen während des Festivals.
  • Unterstützung bei der Programmgestaltung.

Anforderungen:

 

• • • Erfahrung im Eventmanagement, vorzugsweise im Kulturbereich.
  • • Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu managen.
  • • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, auch abends und am Wochenende zu arbeiten.

 

3. Marketing-Spezialist*in

Aufgaben:

 

• • • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien zur Steigerung der Sichtbarkeit unseres Festivals.

  
  

  • • Pflege und Ausbau unserer Social-Media-Kanäle.

  
  

  • • Erstellung von Pressemitteilungen und Newslettern.

  
  

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Medienpartnern und Sponsoren.

Anforderungen:

 

• • • Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im Kulturbereich.

  
  

  • • Sicherer Umgang mit sozialen Medien und digitalen Marketingtools.

  
  

  • • Kreativität und ein Gespür für Trends.

  
  

  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
